Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to Beauty Creator (https://beauty-creator.com) (the "Website" or "Platform"), operated by BRIGHTLEARN SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16795220), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). "You" means any person accessing or using the Website or the Services.

"Creator" means an independent author or content creator who submits articles to the Platform, and, where accepted by the Company, licensed such articles to the Company for publication and distribution through the Platform.

"Reader" means a user who purchase access to digital content made available on the Platform.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. In General

Access to and use of the Website and the Services is subject to these Terms, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly for changes. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We are not liable if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to some or all of the Website from time to time.

2. The Platform and Role of the Company

Beauty Review is an online digital content platform operated by the Company. The Company independently selects, publishes and makes digital content available to Readers through the Platform. Readers purchase access to digital content directly from the Company on a pay-per-article basis using Credits, as described in Section 6. Creators may submit articles to the Company for editorial review. Where accepted by the Company, such articles are licensed to the Company for publication and distribution through the Platform.

Submission of an article by a Creator does not create any obligation on the Company to publish the article or to make any payment to the Creator. The Company may, at its sole discretion, review, accept, reject, edit for formatting purposes, publish, suspend or remove any submitted article in accordance with these Terms, its editorial standards and internal policies. Where an article is accepted for publication, the Company determines whether, when, and on what terms the article will be made available to Readers through the Platform.

The Company is solely responsible for determining which content is made available on the Platform, the pricing of such content, and the terms on which it is offered. The Company grants Readers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access licensed digital content through the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Although articles are authored by independent Creators, all digital content is licensed to, selected, published and made available to Readers solely by the Company under these Terms. The Platform does not offer subscriptions, membership plans or donation-based access. Readers pay only for the specific articles they choose to unlock using Credits

Accuracy and responsibility

While we aim to keep content on the Website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness, reliability, or suitability. The Company and its Creators are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from use of or reliance on content published on the Website.

Creator content

Articles made available through the Platform are authored by independent Creators and are licensed to the Company for publication and distribution through the Platform.

The Company may review, accept, reject, edit for formatting purposes, suspend or remove content in accordance with these Terms and its internal policies. The Company determines whether an article is suitable for publication, how it is presented through the Platform, the price applicable to Reader access, and whether the article remains available through the Platform.

- corrupt data;

6. Terms of Sale — Credits, Top-Ups, and Access to Content

There are no subscriptions, membership fees or donations. Readers purchase from the Company a limited licence to access individual digital articles through the Platform using Credits.

(a) Top-ups and the Credits system

To read paid content, you must first top up your account balance by purchasing Credits through our secure payment gateway. Each article displays the number of Credits required to unlock it. Credits are deducted from your balance when you choose to unlock and read an article.

Credits are an internal unit of account usable only on the Platform. They are not electronic money, a deposit, a security, or any other regulated financial instrument, and they cannot be exchanged, transferred to another user, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law (for example, in the circumstances described in Section 6(f)).

(b) Pricing and currency

The Company determines the price of Credits and the Credit cost applicable to each article. All such prices are displayed, and all payments are charged. For convenience, prices may also be displayed in euros (EUR) or other currencies; however, the GBP price is the price actually charged. If your payment card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and any applicable fees. Displayed prices include applicable UK VAT or other taxes where required by law.

(c) Payments and authorisation

Payments for Credit top-ups are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers acting on behalf of the Company through secure PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. To top up your balance, you must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. By topping up, you confirm that all payment details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment card, and that sufficient funds are available. A confirmation email is sent immediately after each top-up.

(d) Accessing articles

When you choose to unlock an article, the corresponding Credits are deducted from your balance and you are granted immediate access to view that article online. No physical goods are delivered. Once unlocked, an article remains accessible in your account for as long as the Service and the relevant content remain available on the Platform. The Company may remove content where required for legal, regulatory, operational or policy reasons. Removal of an article from the Platform does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights in that article to the Reader.

(e) Cancellation rights

Topping up your Credits balance is a prepayment and is not, by itself, the supply of digital content. Where required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel and request a refund of any unused Credits within 14 days of the top-up, provided those Credits have not yet been used to unlock an article.

Once you use Credits to unlock a specific article, you acknowledge and expressly consent that the digital content is supplied to you immediately and becomes fully accessible on unlocking, and that you accordingly lose your statutory right to cancel in respect of that article, in accordance with the 2013 Regulations.

(f) Refunds

Aside from the 14-day right described in Section 6(e) for unused Credits, refunds are available only in limited circumstances, including, but not limited to a duplicate charge, an unauthorised transaction, or a technical fault that prevents access to an article you have paid to unlock. Approved refunds are processed in EUR to the original payment method. The Company may request reasonable information to verify a refund claim before processing a refund. Where appropriate, the Company may, instead of issuing a refund, restore access to the purchased article or re-credit the relevant number of Credits to the Reader's account.

(g) Credit balance and expiry

Unused Credits remain in your account for as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for a continuous period of 24 months, we may treat any remaining Credits as expired, but we will give you at least 30 days' prior notice so that you have an opportunity to use or request a refund of your remaining balance before expiry.

(h) Pricing errors

We make every effort to ensure that Credit prices and article Credit costs are accurate. In the event of a manifest pricing error, the Company reserves the right to correct the error and, where it affects a purchase already initiated, will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

(i) Creator Compensation

Where the Company accepts a Creator's article for publication, the Creator grants the Company the agreed licence to publish and distribute the article and, where applicable, the Company becomes obliged to compensate the Creator in accordance with the applicable commercial arrangement.

Any payments to Creators are made solely by the Company in consideration of content licensed to the Company and are independent of purchases made by Readers under these Terms.

Where compensation is payable, the Creator shall provide the payment details reasonably requested by the Company. The Company may make compensation payments using any payment method determined by the Company on the website.

The Company is not required to publish every article submitted by a Creator. Compensation is payable only in respect of articles accepted by the Company for publication. The Company may determine the amount of compensation payable.

(j) Security and compliance

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections using PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure operated by authorised payment service providers..

7. Intellectual Property, Software and Content

All intellectual property rights in the Website, the Platform, the software, its design, and any photographs, graphics and other materials owned by the Company remain the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.. Individual articles remain the intellectual property of the Creator authored them, and are licensed to the Company for the purpose of making them available to Readers through the Platform.

You may access and view content you have unlocked solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any content from the Website, or use it in connection with any business or commercial enterprise, without permission from the Company and the relevant Creator.

All trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Website are the property of the Company or their respective owners. No licence to use them is granted.

If you are a consumer, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

The material displayed on the Website is provided without guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. Except as expressly stated, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or equity, and are not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, or performance of the Website or any linked sites and materials posted on them, whether such damages arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, or otherwise. 12. Variation

13. Invalidity

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any liability exclusion), the enforceability of the remaining provisions is not affected. Where a clause or sub-clause can be severed to render the remainder valid, it will be interpreted accordingly; otherwise, you agree that the clause will be rectified and interpreted to closely resemble its original meaning, as far as permitted by law.

14. Waiver

We may amend, remove or vary the Services and/or these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in the law, our business, security requirements or the functionality of the Platform.
